Latex Couture Archive

Before there was Lux Latex, there was Latex Couture, my first label and the beginning of this journey. Latex Couture was where I learned, experimented and discovered how powerful this material could really be when reimagined.

How It All Began

Latex Couture started from curiosity and passion whilst I completed my degree in fashion. I wanted to take latex out of the underground and show that it could be stylish, empowering and even wearable in everyday life. Back then, this was still quite radical but that challenge was exactly what inspired me.

Each collection was a chance to push boundaries, to try new shapes and finishes and to let latex speak in a new language. What started as sketches and handmade pieces slowly grew into something that reached far beyond my studio.

Achievements & Collaborations

Latex Couture was lucky enough to be part of some unforgettable moments in fashion and culture. Along the way, the brand was featured in international magazines, worked with amazing artists, and even reached the global stage.

  • Showcased designs at London Fashion Week
  • Featured at Australian Fashion Week
  • Created garments for Vogue
  • Collaborations with music artist Tallia Storm and creator Elz the Witch
  • Costumes featured in Danny Boyle’s TV drama Pistol about the Sex Pistols

These experiences not only gave Latex Couture a platform, but also showed just how versatile and relevant latex could be when placed in unexpected contexts — from the runway to television, from magazines to music videos.

The Latex Couture Legacy

Latex Couture taught me to be fearless in design. It proved that latex could belong on runways, in glossy magazines, and in the wardrobes of people who wanted to feel bold. Those years gave me the foundation, skills, and vision that I continue to grow with Lux Latex.

From Couture to Lux

While Latex Couture eventually came to an end, it was never really “over.” It evolved. Today, it lives on in Lux Latex — a more refined, luxury-driven expression of the same ideas: bold design, empowerment, and the belief that latex fashion should be for everyone who wants to feel extraordinary.

This archive is here to celebrate the journey, to remember the milestones, and to honour the roots of what Lux Latex has become.
